COLLECTIVE SESSION of 2 hours face-to-face EveryFRIDAYS from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.

Possibility online with zoom for experienced Yogis who cannot move.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE

IN FULL NATURE at the Bois de Vincennes or at the ESPACE EKATA in cold and too rainy weather.
5 min walk from Metro Line 1 Saint Mandé station

or Velib station or 10 min from the RER A Vincennes and the 2 trams located at Porte de Vincennes.

TIPS

  • Yoga is practiced barefoot.

  • Wear flexible clothes in which you are comfortable, preferably cotton and rather close to the body (for inverted postures).

  • Remove your jewelry during class if possible.

  • Avoid eating 2 hours before class (if you are hungry, have a light snack 30 minutes before).

  • You can start at any time of the year, even if you are a beginner.

  • Arrive a little early: 10 minutes before class to have time to settle in quietly.

  • You don't need to be flexible to start yoga. Flexibility is acquired over the sessions.

  • Regular attendance at classes is recommended to take full advantage of the benefits of yoga.

  • Yoga is not part of a performance approach but of progress over the sessions in letting go and respecting your body.

  • Be present with what is, practice mindfully, with awareness of movement and breath.
